Having a work flow that is digitized, documented, and shared with all stakeholders holders in the food chain of the product would certainly reduce warranty “claims”.? ‘No XOi documentation’? would mean a non-warranty service call, until validated.? Proven, not expected warranty coverage.” HVAC leaders are getting it—XOi protects OEMs from unproven warranty claims.
