Strategic Data Systems, Inc. (SDS) is excited to announce we were recently re-awarded the Information Technology Operations Task Order from the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific Information Technology Management (ITM) Competency, Code 82000. Under the terms of this prime contract, SDS will continue providing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)-based Service Desk Operational Support, Secure Lab Space Operational Support, Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Operations, and Cellular/Wireless Operations and Support Services. “It is an honor for SDS to continue supporting NIWC Pacific on this contract,” said Jeff Wylie, Director of Customer Relationships for Strategic Data Systems. “The experience of our ROC Agents and NMCI Support personnel, combined with their high level of customer service, has enabled our team to continue supporting over 10,000 NIWC customers in the Pacific region.”
